# Tactile, Sensory & Interactive Promotion

### What is the Tactile, Sensory, and Interactive Promotion? 

The Tactile, Sensory, and Interactive (TSI) Promotion encourages mailers to excite their customers’ senses by incorporating innovative techniques into their First-Class Mail and USPS Marketing Mail. 

### When is the Tactile, Sensory, and Interactive Promotion live?

The promotion runs from **January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026**. 

### How can I take advantage of the Tactile, Sensory, and Interactive Promotion through Lob?

By opting into the satin-finish or grooved envelopes (or both), these elements engage the senses, create a stronger connection with your audience *and* save money. 

Here’s everything you need to know to qualify for a **5% discount**.

### Opt-in to the promotion

To get started, log into the Lob Promotions Portal: <https://dashboard.lob.com/promotions/available-promotions>

#### 1. Select the Available Promotion

#### 2. Opt-In for the Tactile, Sensory, Interactive Engagement Promotion

#### 3. Select your treatment, you can choose one or both

#### 4. For Grooved envelopes, you will estimate usage quantity for January - June

#### 5. Validate Promotion approval

Your chosen Promotion will be visible within your My Promotions section:
