Design, personalize, and edit direct mail creative without writing a line of code. Lob's No-Code Design Suite gives your team three ways to build branded, data-driven templates using the tools they already work in, then send them straight from Lob.

• InDesign & Figma Connector: Convert any InDesign or Figma layout to a Lob template in one click. Mark dynamic fields directly in the plugin panel, and export production-ready templates without touching code.

• Visual Editor: Build and edit mail templates in the Lob dashboard browser. No HTML knowledge required, fully no-code. Works with InDesign, Figma, or templates built from scratch in the Visual Editor.

• Design Library: Upload fonts and images once, reuse across all templates in the Visual Editor. Eliminates the need to self-host creative assets, since assets are instantly available across your entire template library.

The Visual Editor is designed to work with templates created from scratch in the Visual Editor, or imported via the InDesign or Figma connector. It is not designed to work with templates coded directly in HTML, and you may experience editing issues when using it with templates that originated in code (for example, text jumping around during drag and drop).
